The People and Processes of Digital Preservation: International organizations leveraging internal wisdom to build support for digital records

Most initiatives to build digital preservation programs focus on technical issues: hardware, software, and information architecture. Our panel will discuss the organizational, functional, and staff-related questions that must be answered for existing archival programs to evolve from the preservation of analog records to digital. The panel will also describe our digital preservation platform implementations in the unique environment of international multilateral organizations.
